Office Coordinator/Receptionist

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Office Coordinator/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is essential to creating a welcoming office environment while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common area environment.
  • Manage office supply inventory and coordinate orders as needed.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and mail distribution.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with planning office meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a liaison with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Perform additional administrative and office support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
